Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFH) can help with anything in your life you want to focus on making positive changes to. By focusing on positive changes to all aspects of your daily life, lived experience and thoughts . Areas of focus can include support with anxiety or lack of motivation, symptoms of low mood, performance issues, stress management, living with chronic pain or other chronic conditions, living with life limiting illness, relationships with food, weight management and health, smoking and vaping cessation support, as well as managing fears, phobias and compulsions.
Sessions are available online, so you can schedule at your convenience and relax in your own environment. I also offer in person sessions at mutually agreed locations.
Typically we will spend 50 minutes together starting with some talking therapy, this will focus on what has been good in your week and then we go on to explore what an even better week would look like, this culminates with a relaxing trance to harness the power of your subconscious mind.
